Microbial Population Dynamics

The core focuses of our lab are to determine the molecular mechanisms of intra-species and intra-strain microbial population dynamics. We apply molecular biology, imaging, and -omics approaches to determine the impacts of genetic heterogeneity of microbial populations on microbial spatial organization and interactions with host.
